SHIPPING INFORMATION

All purchases are shipped in compostable/recycled padded mailers and are lovingly packaged in recycled card gift-boxes, with extra touches to make the ritual of receiving your jewellery as special as possible.

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders! Pieces will be shipped through Australia Post. To track your package simply ensure you supply a contact number and email contact alongside your shipping address.

Our work is categorised as either ‘Ready-To-Ship’ or ‘Made-To-Order’. ‘Ready-To-Ship’ orders will be shipped with in 3 business days of purchase. For ‘Made-To-Order’ pieces we ask for 3-4 weeks to handcraft and ship your order (though they’re often shipped sooner!).

If your order is urgent (perhaps a last minute gift, or an accessory for an upcoming event) - you can upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for $10. This option applies mainly to ‘Ready-To-Ship’ orders. To expedite the ‘Made-To-Order’ process simply select ‘Expedite Fee + Express Post’ at checkout, we will then prioritise your order so that it is made and Express Shipped within 7 working days.

// INTERNATIONAL (WORLDWIDE) 

International orders are shipped via Australia Registered Post AUD$30.00 and may incur import or customs fees on receipt which are payable by the receiver. Please contact your local authority for more information.

Signature is required on delivery. 

All orders include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. 

Expected delivery time // International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks // depending on destination.

For tracking + security purposes a signature may be required on the delivery of goods. If delivery is attempted (usually within business hours) and nobody is home, an 'attempted delivery card' will be left with instructions on how to collect your goods from your post office. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns //


We want you to treasure your Jika, and we know how hard it can be choosing the perfect piece online - so, if the piece you’ve purchased isn’t quite right - you’re welcome to exchange it for products of equal value or store credit. Exchanges need to be made within 30 days of delivery and are only possible if the piece is in ‘as new’ condition. We try to keep the exchange process simple:

  1. Email contact@iamjika.com within 30 days of having received your order letting us know you’re intent to return your piece.

  2. Post your piece to 107 The Crescent, Helensburgh, NSW, 2508. Please include a postage paid return envelope for us to send it back to you.

  3. Once we’ve received your piece, we’ll get to work altering or exchanging as per your request.

If you’ve purchased a ring/bangle but it doesn’t quite fit, and a more appropriate size isn’t in stock then we are happy to re-size your piece. It will enter our production queue and may take 3-4 weeks to be returned to you. For sterling silver/brass pieces we don’t charge a fee to re-size you’ll just have to cover shipping. If the ring/bangle you’re re-sizing is gold then we may charge a fee to cover material costs. To avoid any mix-ups: you can order a ring-sizer from us here before you order, have your ring size taken by a trade/commercial jeweller, or make and appointment to pop into our home studio in Helensburgh.

Refunds //

Refunds are only available for faulty pieces so please choose carefully.

Faulty pieces //

Our commitment to quality means an insistence on creating pieces that to be well-loved and well-worn for a long time. If your piece develops any faults (due to its manufacture) at any point - we will happily repair it at no cost! If damage acrues due to wear and tear, or accidents - then we will do our best to repair the item at a reasonable price, or put you in touch with someone who can.
